Since 2015 when we decided to focus our business on digital marketing industry, after two rounds of industrial layouts, KDG has finished the building of its full-range marketing capability in the digital marketing industry. 各位关心科达成长的朋友,全体科达同仁:


在昨天的董事会上,我被任命为科达股份的总经理,让我接过唐颖先生的棒来进一步完成科达的整合工作,这是科达股份董事会和全体员工对我的信任,也是我承接的责任。我作为科达股份的股东,自己之前负责的派瑞也是有近四百的员工和30多亿的业务,派瑞未来能走向哪里能做多大这是之前派瑞的员工常问我的问题,也是最折磨我的问题,当我再看科达时,我也在想科达要向哪里走,能做多大?这是我作为一个股东时我想问总经理和董事长的问题,而当董事会选我来做总经理时,我就明白,这是我作为总经理最大的职责,我不能再指望别人来给我答案,我自己要努力去带领大家回答好这个问题。
 

科达股份从2014年开始,陆续收购了八家公司,这八家公司有六家是商务型公司,一家是产品技术公司,一家是媒体公司,主要集中在互联网和汽车两个行业,在过去的几年得益于中国互联网和移动端的快速增长,我们各家公司都发展得不错,每年都有较好的业务增长,其中派瑞、百孚思和华邑增长的规模和速度都是超出行业平均水平的,但是问题也是有的,八家公司分散,相互独立性较高,各自的客户和业务没有形成整体性和关联性,各自开拓客户和运营,上下游衔接不够,别的不说,常常听到我们各分公司的总经理回来开会开玩笑说,我们旗下两三家公司的员工去同一家客户拓展,甚至坐在一张桌子上都不认识对方,有些入职晚的还不知道对方是同属于科达股份这一家公司的。这表面上看是因为我们不在一起办公大家互相不认识,其实也反应了我们最核心的缺失,科达股份到底是一个什么样的公司?
 

科达股份到底是一家什么样的公司?在今年我们请了国际著名咨询公司BCG来给我们整体做一个战略咨询项目,感谢他们辛劳的工作,通过外部专业公司的视角和方法,我们第一次对科达股份有了一个全景扫描,最后发现我们最需要的是一个共同的梦想,一个共同的战略。市场上能赚钱的公司很多,但是伟大的公司却不多,那种保持活力长青的公司更是少见,但凡那种能够持续为社会创造价值,为股东带来回报,为员工提供实现自我平台的公司,都是有一个很清晰的战略,很激动人心的梦想,并且通过这个战略和梦想来凝聚优秀员工持续为之奋斗。对于我来讲,作为总经理,我的首要工作就是理清企业的战略,建立起同一个梦想。
 

移动互联网发展到今天,仅仅通过互联网媒体资源或是服务已经难以满足客户的需求,客户需求是基于大数据基础上个性化和精准的营销服务,国际上像Adobe,SAP和Oracle已经开始了这种转型,国内众多中小企业也都在各自基础上进行CRM或是SaaS的产品研发或拓展,而科达在这个移动互联网下半场有独特的优势,我们在基于对中国互联网的了解和现有八家公司的诊断,紧贴客户需求,尤其是我们原有大客户的需求,我们明确提出科达股份是一家做数字营销,以营销云作为公司战略的公司,从资源和服务向产品技术服务转型,为客户提供更优质的产品和服务,以成为中国数字营销之王作为我们的目标。
 

在战略确定后,集团的各项业务将全面正式启动,集团层面将开始围绕营销云进行布局和储备,对于8家公司而言,为战略落地,每一家公司都会启动战略承接的研讨,以及未来每年30%以上增长的机会点寻找和实施路径规划,为支撑这个战略落地和业务增长,公司已经借鉴其它公司的经验,尤其是华为销售管理的成功实践,将推动建立集团层面100个作战单元,并以销售为龙头,拉动后端资源匹配,并且对这100个作战单元要做到数据可视化,资源倾斜化,激励及时化,干部年轻化。只有把面向客户界面的这100个作战单元打造成型,把销售从个人英雄时代推进到组织强大将军辈出的平台,依靠组织能力的提升,基于客户需求的产品,以及基于大数据的服务升级,才能使科达股份完成一次整体的升级。希望通过这次的整合,通过营销云战略的确立和落地,通过组织的变革和组织能力的提升,让科达股份成为一家让营销更有效的公司,让科达股份成为中国的数字营销之王,让科达员工在这个营销云战略下发挥自己的才干,以客户为中心,以奋斗者为本,人尽其能,收获到企业成长的物质回报和机会成长,这就是我的梦想。


没有任何一件事情是容易随随便便就成功的,但是我还年轻,科达股份也还年轻,之前曾听过一句话很喜欢,年轻人关注未来,因为没有厚重的过去。在我们这个时代,唯有拼搏创造,别无其它捷径,很幸运,我有拼搏的劲头,我相信,年轻的科达股份员工也都有,那么我们就一起创造吧,付出不亚于任何人的努力,其它的事情交给上天,天道酬勤,神佑自助者。
